The arrival time is set from 4 pm, departure at noon. The rate per night, and for a maximum of 7 people, is of 100 Euros (and for a stay of two days minimum).<\/p>\n
The guest house rate for a week is of 500 Euros, which doesn\u2019t include bed linen & towels, or the cleaning. The fixed sum for renting house linen is of 50 Euros, the cleaning will also cost you an extra 50 Euros.<\/p>\n
Your rental will take effect upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the room rate, payable either by cheque or by bank transfer.<\/p>\n
A security deposit of 200 Euros will be required on arrival, and returned on departure, unless severe damage occurs. On departure we will go through an inventory of the house\u2019s objects.<\/p>\n
Pets<\/strong> are allowed !<\/p>\n WI-FI<\/strong> : Not all rooms receive a Wi-fi signal, but we can provide free Internet access in another part of the house on request.<\/p>\n HOUSEKEEPING<\/strong> : The common rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day. For weekly rentals, bed and bathroom linen is changed once, mid-week. Also for weekly guests, a laundry service can be provided (washing and ironing) for 20 euros a load.
